Garanti Factoring Services Inc. is one of the first factoring companies in Turkey. It was originally incorporated in June 1990 as Aktif Finans Faktoring Hizmetleri AŞ. In 1996, Doğuş Group acquired a majority stake in Aktif Finans, making it a member of one of Turkey’s leading financial services groups.
What is Factoring?
A financial product in which the factoring company offers a package of financing, guarantee, and collection services by being assigned a firm’s receivables that have arisen or will arise as a result of sales of goods and services that are based on an invoice or invoice-like document.
