Garanti Faktoring Hizmetleri AŞ (Garanti Factoring Services Inc) is one of the first factoring companies in Turkey. It was originally incorporated in June 1990 as Aktif Finans Faktoring Hizmetleri AŞ.

In 1996, Doğuş Group acquired a majority stake in Aktif Finans, making it a member of one of Turkey’s leading financial services groups.

In 2001, the company’s name was changed to Garanti Factoring to better reflect its corporate identity and relationship with its principal stockholder, Garanti Bank.

Garanti Factoring carries out its domestic and international factoring activities with a customer-focused approach that makes use of an extensive network of correspondents and takes maximum advantage of Doğuş Group synergies.
