In Garanti Factoring, internship has an important role in recruitment process. Interns are authorized just like the employees and work by taking charge and responsibilities. Our interns in each unit are able to find the opportunity to work personally with their own managers, thus, the interns are provided on-the-job information by their managers and they are given the necessary support to familiarize with the job, to gain experience through learning by practicing and to have a profession.

Our Partnership with the Universities
Our partnership with the Universities starts with Bahcesehir University. This partnership is a CO-OP program, which has been put into effect by Bahcesehir University, and which integrates the school and work life. This educational model, which has been patterned from “Cooperative Education”, is commonly adopted in foreign countries and the main principle of this model is to maintain the applied education while taking the theoretical business education in school. CO-OP coded applied development classes are professional business classes, which have been developed and transferred by partner organizations. The students enroll in these classes on credited elective course status and receive a certificate at the end of the course.
As a CO-OP partner, we offer an elective course of 3 credits, under the brand of “Garanti Factoring”.
Within the scope of this project, both the students of Bahcesehir University will have the opportunity to do their internships in Garanti Factoring and our employees will have the opportunity to receive this education in university environment on a space-available basis.
